Welcome to Jefferson! If you are one of the many students who is still unsure which academic Major and/or Career Path may be best for you and/or if you are planning to work while going to college, we invite you to join us for one or both of our Summer Career & Student Employment Sessions,“The Career Direction Connection” and “Balancing Working While in College.”

During the Career Direction Connection, we will administer a Personality Inventory and help you explore potential occupations that match your personality then direct you to the right JCC Major that is best for you. During “Balancing Working While in College,” we will introduce you to Jefferson’s online college-to career network, Handshake and talk about campus jobs and various experiential learning opportunities.
