Course Description: ART 117 is a studio course concentrating on drawing. Instruction is given in the fundamental principles of drawing based on observation and imagination. Topics will include composition, value, line, space, textures, gesture, and proportion.

Students will also receive a full campus tour, including the the residence hall (East Hall) and other student life areas. Please note, this is a group visit and will include other student visitors.
