    Inside the Classroom: a Glimpse of BIO 251 Lab-Anatomy and Physiology at JCC

    Course Description: The study of the structure and functions of the human body begins with examination of the molecular and cellular units of the body organs. Groups of body organs in turn make up the functional units known as systems. In this first course the integumentary, skeletal, muscular, cardiovascular, lymphatic and respiratory systems will be studied in detail.

    ***Please note, this lab may include a dissection of a fetal pig heart. We recommend exercising discretion when deciding whether to participate.***

    Students will also receive a full campus tour, including the the residence hall (East Hall) and other student life areas.
